Both these programs allow you to specify spare parts.

Building a 1v dome from 10 stock with 1 poles will:

• Your A poles will be 1 long.
• You need 3 pieces of stock.
• You will get 10 poles per piece of stock and 0 of waste.
• Your total waste is 0.

Building a 2v dome from 10 stock with 1 A poles will:

• Your A poles will be 1 long.
• Your B poles will be 0.885 long.
• You need 12 pieces of stock.
• You will need to cut 8 pieces of stock into AABBBB, which will generate 4.46 of waste each.
• You will need to cut 4 pieces of stock into AAAAAA, which will generate 4 of waste each.
• Your total waste is 51.68.
