This is Kathy's amaretto ball recipe...almost...I screwed up and bought evaporated milk, luckily the mistake goes amazing on ice cream (super yummy fudge topping).

Stuff to put in

• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1/4 cup amaretto
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips   (525g)

How to put it all together

1. Melt chocolate and evaporated milk on low.
2. Remove from heat and stir in amaretto and almond extract.
3. Chill 2 hours.
