Again, another of grandpa's favorite treats, and again, possibly mine too. And before you go 'egads! zuchinni?', let me reassure you that you can't taste it. All it does is keep everything moist for much longer than usual.

Stuff to put in

How to put it all together

  1. Cream sugar, oil and butter together in a large bowl.
  2. Add in eggs, milk, vinegar, and vanilla.
  3. Mix thouroughly.
  4. Add in flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Mix thouroughly again.
  6. Finally, add in zuchinni, and chocolate chips.
  7. Mix thouroughly once more.
  8. Pour into 9x13 pan.
  9. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
